Custom Order Policy

All garments at Banjara Trail are handcrafted and custom made as per the measurements and design approved by the client at the time of order.

Please note the following alteration policy:

• Minor adjustments such as up to 1 inch alteration in length or basic fitting adjustments may be accommodated where technically possible.

• Any request involving increase in garment length, change in design, patchwork placement, embellishment, sleeve style, neckline, or garment structure will require additional charges or remake costs.

• Alterations requiring opening the garment, redoing patchwork, or structural changes will be treated as new production work and charged accordingly.

• Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.

• Clients are requested to verify all measurements and garment length before approval.
