Shipping Charges:

Domestic Shipping (India): All orders within India, whether prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD), are eligible for free shipping. However, handling or convenience fees may apply where applicable.

International Shipping: Shipping is free on purchases of ₹35,000 and above. Orders below ₹35,000 are subject to a shipping charge of ₹4,300. Customers are responsible for any additional international shipping charges, duties, taxes, and handling or convenience fees.

Delivery Guidelines:

• Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please verify the address before confirming your order to avoid missdelivery.

• We recommend providing a residential or office address for secure delivery.

• Deliveries to P.O. boxes or unidentifiable addresses are discouraged due to the value of our products.

• Delivery timelines are subject to factors beyond our control, including transportation delays, customs clearance, and third-party courier issues.

Multiple Shipping Providers:

• To optimize delivery times, we collaborate with various shipping partners, depending on the destination.

• Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email with the tracking details and courier information will be sent within 48 hours.

Processing & Delivery Timeframe:

• Made-to-Order Items: Production time is 5–6 days, after which tracking information will be shared.

• Deliveries occur between 10 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.

• After Telephonic Confirmation Domestic Shipping: 5–7 working days after dispatch.

• After Telephonic Confirmation International Shipping: 15–20 working days after dispatch.
