At Banjara Trail, every piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur. These variations are a natural part of artisanal craftsmanship.
We request you to kindly read the following policy before placing your order.
Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds. However, your order may be eligible for exchange or store credit under the following circumstances:
1. The product received is not the correct size. Size exchanges are allowed only in the same style, only once per order subject to availability.
2. An incorrect product has been delivered.
3. The product received is damaged or defective.
How to Request an Exchange

Please share:
• Clear photographs of the product
• Unboxing video as supporting evidence
After verification, the product will undergo a quality check. Once approved, a store credit or exchange will be issued.
Important Notes
• Products that are customised for size, colour, embroidery, or design changes are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Partial COD amount paid is non-refundable.
• All returns are subject to a flat return fee of ₹150, regardless of the reason for return.
• This fee is charged by our logistics partner to help us manage a smooth return process.
Credit Notes
• All refunds are issued only as credit notes, valid for 30 days.
• Credit notes are non-transferable and redeemable only on our website.
• No cash or bank refunds will be provided.
• Coupon codes / store credit are one-time use only and cannot be partially redeemed.
Cancellations
As production begins immediately after an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted.
Delivery Attempts
* A total of 3 delivery attempts will be made.
* Customers will be notified through WhatsApp messages for delivery coordination.
