• Items purchased during the sale period are not eligible for return or exchange due to size or fit issues.

• Every Banjara Trail piece is made to order and crafted by hand. For this reason, returns or exchanges cannot be accommodated once the order is confirmed.

Non-Damage Disclaimer
Each Banjara Trail creation is a piece of art — handcrafted, hand-dyed, and often made using upcycled fabrics and embellishments.
Minor irregularities are the hallmark of authenticity and are not considered as damage.
The following are not considered as damage:
• Minor thread pulls or loose threads.
• Slight color variations or uneven tones from hand-dyeing.
• Occasional mirrors, beads, or sequins coming off.
• Natural irregularities, patch mismatches, or minor asymmetry caused by handcrafted or upcycled techniques.
• Slight texture or weave inconsistencies in handwoven or natural fabrics.

Store Credit Eligibility
Store credit will only be issued in the event of a damaged item received.
If you believe your order qualifies, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos taken while unboxing to support your claim.
