At Banjara Trail, every garment is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans and undergoes careful finishing and quality checks before dispatch. As part of our slow-fashion process, orders are typically dispatched within 7–10 business days. Once shipped, delivery within India generally takes 4–5 business days, depending on the destination. Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays), and tracking details are shared once the shipment is processed.

We also ship internationally, with estimated delivery timelines of 7–15 business days after dispatch. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Since our garments feature hand embroidery, mirror work, patchwork, and traditional textiles, artisan variations in print alignment, patch placement, mirror detailing, or shade tone are natural and part of the handcrafted process. These variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, logistics network delays, or customs clearance procedures that are beyond our control.

Please note that Banjara Trail does not offer cash refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. In approved cases as per our policy, customers may be issued store credit only.
