As part of our slow-fashion process, orders are typically dispatched within 7β10 business days. Once shipped, delivery within India generally takes 4β5 business days, depending on the destination. Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays), and tracking details are shared once the shipment is processed.
We also ship internationally, with estimated delivery timelines of 7β15 business days after dispatch. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Since our garments feature hand embroidery, mirror work, patchwork, and traditional textiles, artisan variations in print alignment, patch placement, mirror detailing, or shade tone are natural and part of the handcrafted process. These variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects.
Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, logistics network delays, or customs clearance procedures that are beyond our control.
